What data we process

The identification and contact details you give us when you book or write to us (name, email address, telephone number), the booking details and, before arrival, the identification details of all guests required by the guest registration rules.

Purposes and legal basis

To manage your booking and your stay (performance of the contract); to comply with our legal obligations, in particular guest registration and the communication of guest data to the authorities (Royal Decree 933/2021) and tax obligations; and to answer your enquiries (your consent or our legitimate interest in replying to you).

Who receives the data

The competent authorities where the law requires it (Spanish Ministry of the Interior, Spanish Tax Agency) and the providers that serve us as data processors: Smoobu GmbH (booking system), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting of this website) and, where applicable, the payment provider you choose when booking. Cloudflare may process technical connection data, such as the IP address, outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Guest register data, for three years from the end of the stay; invoicing data, for the periods required by tax law; all other data, for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period in which claims may be made.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request data portability by writing to sonbishocampanet@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Smoobu booking system, which is embedded in the page, may use the technical cookies needed for the booking process.
